CrossFit 301 Elite is for you! Regardless if you are a seasoned athlete or have never worked out!
Because our workouts are based on foundational movements, every workout and movement is scalable to your needs! CrossFit 301 Elite is not your ordinary “gym”. At most gyms you attend by yourself and are left to figure out what exercises you should perform that day. CrossFit 301 Elite workouts are conducted in a class settings where our community cheers each other on! Coaches will be on hand helping you through every step of the workout. At

Elite 30 is fast paced and fun. Workouts combine simple bodyweight, gymnastics, and light lifting movements for a high-energy workout. Short, sweet, and super sweaty!

This is a perfect – and fun – way for CrossFitters to increase strength without using a barbell. Because of the often-awkward size, shape and consistency of the objects in strongman, the lifts tend to have less efficiency than those done with a barbell. These loads challenges the neuromuscular system in a way a barbell cannot and better mimic challenges found outside the gym. Participants learn to lift Atlas stones, carry a yoke and farmers handles, flip tires, and clean and press odd objects such as a log, keg, anvil or stone at their relative level of strength.

            PREP COURSE: 


We offer 1 FREE introductory class followed by two mandatory 301 Elite prep classes ($40) in order to on-board into our regular CrossFit Classes. Each session is an hour long and involves skill development and a workout. You and the coach will review movement, discuss our style of training, tackle specific questions, and set you up for success! At the completion of your Prep Course you may choose a membership package that suits you best and begin attending our regular class schedule!

*Note: If you sign up after your third Prep Course Class (that day) your $40 is added to your first month dues.

Our goal is simple: provide our athletes the foundation and specific tools they need to succeed in competition, while simultaneously grow a strong community of like-minded athletes eager to better themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally. 301 compete targets athletes interested in competing in local competitions, the Open, and Sectionals. We develop well-rounded, competition ready athletes through carefully planned programming, aerobic fine tuning, strength & skill development, and bias work meant to specifically target weaknesses.

*Must be able to Rx every movement programmed to participate. No scaling provided. 

Example: Handstand walks, Muscle ups, Bar muscle ups, Strict HSPU etc.

             OPEN GYM


At least 3 months of experience to participate in open gym following your own programming. Once successfully on ramping to CrossFit you may use this time to make up previously missed workouts.

*Note: Class always takes first priority with space, equipment and coaching.
